Our Process
100% of the batches brewed at Vue Brewing Company are brewed to reduce gluten…what does that mean? During the brewing process, a natural enzyme is added that will break down the gluten proteins, reducing the risk of causing adverse reactions to gluten sensitive digestive systems.
Our beer is made with gluten products, barley, wheat, etc. While we can't tell you how your specific digestive system will react to ours, or any other company’s beer, we can tell you that based on technical information provided by the manufacturer, when used correctly, (and be sure that we do!) beer treated with Clarity-Ferm tests below 20 ppm of gluten. Per the FDA under 20ppm is considered gluten-free.
So, if the beer is <20ppm of gluten, why don't we say gluten-free? Simply, the FDA doesn't allow it, and we can't tell you how your body will react to any ppm of gluten. But what we do know is that our personnel have years of experience using this product and it in no way affects the quality or taste of any of our products.
We would love for you to come and have a sample of any of our gluten reduced products!

Note: Please tell your server if you have a gluten allergy. While all the batches brewed at our location are gluten reduced, guest taps or collaborations may not be.
